Opening hours<\/strong>

  • Secretariat<\/strong>: Open from 7.45 a.m. to 12.20 p.m. and from 1.20 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.<\/li>\n \t
  • Students<\/strong>:\n
      \n \t
    • Gradual arrival: 7.15am to 7.55am.<\/li>\n \t
    • Classes start at 8:00 a.m.<\/li>\n \t
    • Classes end: 3:30 p.m. for preschool, 3:40 p.m. for primary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      On-call service<\/strong>

      • 7:15 to 8:00 a.m. -Free of charge<\/li>\n \t
      • 12.20pm to 1.20pm – Free<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n \t
        • 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm – paying<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Communication with the School<\/strong>

          • PluriPortal:<\/strong> is the main way to report absences, consult important information and schedule appointments.<\/li>\n \t
          • Meetings<\/strong>: With teachers or administration, by appointment, online or face-to-face, depending on your needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            School uniforms<\/strong><\/h3>\n
              \n \t
            • Uniforms must be<\/strong> worn at school and on field trips.<\/li>\n \t
            • If a uniform is missing, the school will order a new one and invoice the parents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Security<\/strong><\/h3>\n
                \n \t
              • Strict rules for movement in parking lots and common areas.<\/li>\n \t
              • Rigorous monitoring of entrances and exits to ensure the safety of all learners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Health & Wellness<\/strong><\/h3>\n
                  \n \t
                • The school is a peanut- and nut-free<\/strong> environment to reduce the risk of allergies.<\/li>\n \t
                • Mandatory participation in outdoor activities, except in temperatures below -15\u00b0C.<\/li>\n \t
                • Clear protocol for contagious diseases, with return to school allowed only after treatment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

                  Healthy Eating Habits<\/strong><\/h3>\n
                    \n \t
                  • We encourage healthy<\/strong> meals and snacks: fruit, vegetables, dairy products.<\/li>\n \t
                  • Sweet products, chips, soft drinks and chewing gum are prohibited.<\/li>\n \t
                  • Bring thermoses<\/strong> for hot meals, as microwaves are not available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Learners’ Code of Conduct<\/strong><\/h3>\n

                    • Rights<\/strong>: Quality education, respect, a safe environment and freedom of expression.<\/li>\n \t
                    • Responsibilities<\/strong>: Respect others, contribute to a harmonious and clean environment, and follow school rules.<\/li>\n \t
