We strive to provide a structured and safe environment for the well-being and success of our learners. Here are the main elements of our operation:

Opening hours

• Secretariat: Open from 7.45 a.m. to 12.20 p.m. and from 1.20 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
• Students:
  • Gradual arrival: 7.15am to 7.55am.
  • Classes start at 8:00 a.m.
  • Classes end: 3:30 p.m. for preschool, 3:40 p.m. for primary.

On-call service

• 7:15 to 8:00 a.m. -Free of charge
• 12.20pm to 1.20pm – Free

• 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm – paying

Communication with the School

• PluriPortal: is the main way to report absences, consult important information and schedule appointments.
• Meetings: With teachers or administration, by appointment, online or face-to-face, depending on your needs.

School uniforms

• Uniforms must be worn at school and on field trips.
• If a uniform is missing, the school will order a new one and invoice the parents.

Security

• Strict rules for movement in parking lots and common areas.
• Rigorous monitoring of entrances and exits to ensure the safety of all learners.

Health & Wellness

• The school is a peanut- and nut-free environment to reduce the risk of allergies.
• Mandatory participation in outdoor activities, except in temperatures below -15°C.
• Clear protocol for contagious diseases, with return to school allowed only after treatment.

Healthy Eating Habits

• We encourage healthy meals and snacks: fruit, vegetables, dairy products.
• Sweet products, chips, soft drinks and chewing gum are prohibited.
• Bring thermoses for hot meals, as microwaves are not available.

Learners’ Code of Conduct

• Rights: Quality education, respect, a safe environment and freedom of expression.
• Responsibilities: Respect others, contribute to a harmonious and clean environment, and follow school rules.
• Positive recognition: Learners’ good behavior and efforts are rewarded with certificates and merits throughout the year.
